Process
Quality Control Process
Representative sampling and laboratory testing at each stage ensures batch evaluation before release. Procedures are applied consistently so results align with the quality plan for each product line.
Incoming Material
Raw anthracite and petroleum coke characterized for FC, ash, sulfur, and volatile matter before entering production.
In-Process Control
Temperature monitoring, calcination time tracking, and intermediate sampling during production to confirm process parameters.
Final Testing
Finished product batch tested against specification (FC, ash, VM, S, moisture, sizing) before lot release.
Pre-Shipment Verification
Representative sampling and COA generation. Third-party inspection coordinated if buyer-nominated.
Laboratory
In-House Testing Facility
Our laboratory performs proximate analysis, XRF testing, and particle size measurement to support rapid batch release and specification compliance verification.
